Neil Reddy
co-founder & medical director
Neil is an experienced healthcare educator, directing advanced life support and clinical practice training programmes for doctors and nurses since 2004. Neil is a former member of the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council Medical Advisory Group from 2010 to 2014 and now a member of the Medical Council's Post-Graduate Training Accreditation Panel. A Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Neil provides expert advice to corporate clients regarding health promotion, health surveillance and sickness absence management. Neil is directly involved in the clinical service provision for occupational health case management, skin cancer screening and health promotion seminars.
Neil is an expert on the provision of online, remote and pre-hospital emergency care. He has planned and executed medical care for multi-day mass gatherings such as Electric Picnic, Oxegen and Longitude festivals. Neil also provides remote medical advice to individual consumers across Ireland by telephone or video consultation.

Stephen Kelly
co-founder and director of operations and nursing
Stephen recently joining Mullingar Regional Hospital, following working as an advanced Nurse Practitioner in Beaumont hospital Emergency Department for over 20 years. He has over 25 years of nursing experience at clinical, educational and managerial level with a postgraduate diploma and Masters Degree in Emergency nursing. He is a part time lecturer with University College Dublin and the Royal College of Surgeons on educational programmes including the Basic Surgical Training scheme, and the post graduate diploma for the Advanced Paramedic programme.
Stephen Co-founded Precision Healthcare in 2014 to deliver health screening programmes and education to Corporates and training programmes to the medical community.
