Neil Reddy

Dr. Neil Reddy has always had a vision for empowering the individual to better their health through education, drawing on his dual Master’s in Clinical Education and Health Informatics. He is a Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians Ireland.

Neil's role as Medical Director involves advising our clients on maintaining the health of employees through health promotion, screening and assessment of fitness to work.
Neil has wide experience in the governance of health and corporate sectors. He is on the Medical Council’s accreditation panel for Postgraduate Medical Training Bodies. He is the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Lead for the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He is also the lead clinician in Ireland for Health Hero, a multinational telemedicine company and the one of the largest providers telemedicine consultations in Ireland. He is a part-time lecturer for the University College of Dublin’s Centre for Safety and Health at Work.
Neil has 17 years of experience as a Medical Director and Instructor on courses
such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS) and Acute Medical Emergencies; the practical approach (MedicALS) all of which are mandatory training courses for Doctors and healthcare professionals in Ireland. Neil has developed and delivered SEQOHS-approved training courses in anaphylaxis and occupational immunisation to private and public-sector occupational health clients.

Stephen Kelly

Stephen recently joined Mullingar Regional Hospital, after working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Beaumont Hospital Emergency Department for over 20 years. He has over 25 years of nursing experience at clinical, educational, and managerial levels with a postgraduate diploma and Master's Degree in Emergency Nursing. He is a part-time lecturer with University College Dublin and the Royal College of Surgeons on educational programmes including the Basic Surgical Training Scheme and the post graduate diploma for the Advanced Paramedic programme. Stephen is an adjunct lecturer for Dublin City University.
Stephen co-founded Precision Health in 2014 to deliver health screening programmes and education to Corporates and training programmes to the medical community.
